Quotely provides an AI-powered platform for creating professional quotations, proposals, and sales documents. The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go credit-based system.

3. User Accounts

To use Quotely, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• Quotely operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system
• Credits are used to access AI-powered features
• Credits never expire once purchased
• New users receive 10 free welcome credits

4.2 Payments

• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment

4.3 Refunds

• Credits are generally non-refundable once added to your account
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quotely to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate fraudulent or misleading quotations
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using Quotely. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quotely and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated quotations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated pricing or recommendations
• Always review and customize quotes before sending to customers

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times
• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination for violations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
